Invoicing principles

Once your order has been confirmed the total price is due and is payable as follows:

  • more than 60 days before the start day of your activity or tour: a deposit of 30%, the balance is due 60 days before the start date
  • less than 60 days before the start day of your activity/tour or the total sum of the order is less than 500€: the full balance is due immediately

Payment process

First you will receive an offer from us. After approving the offer you can proceed directly to the payments by bank . You will receive an invoice with all the necessary information.

Payment options  

You can choose the preferred payment method out of the following alternatives:

  1.  International bank transfer
  2. PayPal payment
    * A credit card provision of 4,2% will be added on the total sum of order.

Payment by participant

It is possible to divide a group payment by participant.  In this case administration fee of 8€ (instead of normal 16€) is charged per participant. Payment by participants does not influence on cancellation conditions of the group.
